DuraMatrix-Onlay™ Collagen Dura Substitute Membrane
DuraMatrix-Onlay™ is a conformable and resorbable membrane matrix engineered from highly purified type I collagen. It is indicated for use as an onlay (non-sutured) dura substitute for the repair of the dura mater. DuraMatrix-Onlay™ requires only 30 seconds of rehydration with sterile saline prior to implantation and can be cut in either the dry or hydrated state. It has a thickness similar to that of native dura, conforms to the contours of the brain and spine and does not require suturing. Minimal tension sutures may be used if desired. It facilitates healing with balanced in vivo resorption of the implant and regeneration of host tissue. DuraMatrix-Onlay™ is supplied sterile in a double peel pouch and can be stored at room temperature.

DuraMatrix™ Collagen Dura Substitute Membrane
DuraMatrix™ Collagen Dura Substitute Membrane is intended to be used as a dural substitute in the repair of dura mater. DuraMatrix™ is a nonfriable, conformable and resorbable membrane matrix engineered from highly purified type I collagen. The device has a thickness similar to that of native dura. It is flexible and conforms to the contours of the defect site. DuraMatrix™ can be used by neurosurgeons either as an onlay (without sutures) graft or a suturable graft. The product has excellent handling characteristics and has been shown to prevent cerebral spinal fluid leakage in a clinical study and large scale animal study. DuraMatrix™ facilitates healing with balanced in vivo resorption of the device and regeneration of host tissue. The DuraMatrix™ is supplied sterile, non-pyrogenic, in various sizes, and for single use only.

Neuroflex™ Flexible Collagen Nerve Conduit
Neuroflex™ is a resorbable, flexible, semi-permeable collagen-based tubular matrix that provides a protective environment for peripheral nerve repair after injury and creates a conduit for axonal growth across a nerve gap. The added flexible property allows the nerve guide to be bent without causing occlusion. The device slowly resorbs in vivo. The devices are engineered from highly purified type I collagen fibers and are comprised of dense fibers for mechanical strength.

NeuroMend™ Collagen Wrap Conduits
The NeuroMend™ Collagen Wrap conduits are indicated for the management of peripheral nerve injuries in which there has been no substantial loss of nerve tissue and where gap closure can be achieved without tension. Possible uses for NeuroMend include, but are not limited to the following: crush injuries, stretch injuries, nerves that have been partially severed, nerve injuries and nerve repairs that require separation and protection from surrounding soft tissues, compression injuries and over direct suture repair.
